There’s nothing for batter vs pitcher in this game, but it’s still in Coors Field so staying away from both starters is always recommended.

Both Mark Trumbo and Paul Goldschmidt are off to pretty hot starts to start the season and both of their salaries remain under $7000. That’s pretty good value. I would also take a quick look at Miguel Montero, he’s raked (.872 OPS) in his career at Coors Field (122 ABs).

Paul Goldschmidt (1B) – $6922

Mark Trumbo (OF) – $6981

Miguel Montero (C) – $5362

So Carlos Gonzalez left the Rockies game yesterday after swallowing some chewing tobacco. Having done just that in the past, we’ll see how well he feels today. I would probably avoid him all the same. The Rockies prices are starting to get a bit high so I’ll stay away from the majority of them for this one.
