Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – April 4

San Diego Padres (Stults) at Miami Marlins (Koehler)

Eric Stults has a career 3.18 ERA at PetCo Park, home of the Padres. This is relevant because Marlins Park, all things considered, plays similar to PetCo (fewer home runs, more runs scored, it all balances). The Marlins scored quite a few runs against the Rockies in Miami, but that’s the Rockies pitching (of which there is little). I’m not favouring (m)any Padres hitters, though.

Eric Stults (SP) – $13,870

Huston Street (RP) – $1681

By definition, liking Eric Stults means I don’t like the Marlins hitters tonight. They’ve had a good start, but they are certainly punching above their weight class. Tom Koehler isn’t anything special, though, so I’ll just avoid the team altogether.
