Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – April 4

Philadelphia Phillies (Hernandez) at Chicago Cubs (Wood)

Looking at the weather for this game, the initial reports show a stiff breeze blowing out to right-centre at Wrigley Field. That would be a pretty good indication to completely avoid the pitchers in this one and look at which hitters might do well. On the Phillies side of things, I’ll avoid their infielders.

Marlon Byrd (OF) – $6624

Carlos Ruiz (C) – $5245

At this point, Emilio Bonifacio still has a pretty cheap price and he’s the hottest hitter to start the season. I would ride that heater until the dice come up snake eyes. There’s not much for batter vs pitcher information so I’ll lean to hitters that could take advantage of that wind blowing out to right.
