Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – April 4

St. Louis Cardinals (Miller) at Pittsburgh Pirates (Cole)

In a match-up of two of the best young pitchers in baseball with Shelby Miller going for St. Louis and Gerrit Cole going for the Pirates.

Miller had four starts against the Pirates last year and was rocked for 15 runs (13 earned) in just 22 innings. His career home/road splits are very dramatic too, so I would probably avoid Miller and most Cardinals tonight at all costs.

Despite the fact that the Pirates murdered Miller last year, they’re all pretty cheap in DFS. Another good stack that might not be popular, thus, is the Pirates tonight. There isn’t a big history for batter vs. pitcher, but Russell Martin has three hits against Miller, two of them home runs.
