Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – April 19

Arizona Diamondbacks (Bolsinger) at Los Angeles Dodgers (Haren)

Michael Bolsinger’s first career MLB start will come against the Dodgers. Yikes. Bolsinger has been wild at times in the minors and getting runners on base with this Dodgers lineup is a bad recipe. I will not take the chance on him today. Also, with the way the D’Backs are scuffling and Dan Haren is pitching, I will avoid their hitters today unless Eric Chavez gets a start.

Eric Chavez (3B) – $5632

Some of Haren’s numbers so far this year are a bit unsustainable, but on the whole, he’s looked like the Haren of 2011. Like I mentioned, the D’Backs hitters, for the most part, are struggling at the plate so I will probably risk Haren in quite a few leagues today. I don’t know what the hitters will bring but there are some values in that lineup.

Dan Haren (SP) – $16,705
