Week 9 NFL Power Rankings

Tom Brady

7. Detroit Lions (LW: 10)

Thank god for second chances, especially when they’re a result of your team’s penalty. The Lions finally were on the right end of a game-winning field goal, and continue to hold onto first place in the NFC North. Side note: has there been a better free-agent signing than Golden Tate? Wow.

What to know: Matthew Stafford threw his 119th career touchdown pass as the quarterback of the Lions, which pushes him into first place in that category in franchise history over previous holder, Bobby Layne. (ESPN Stats & Info)
