Week 9 NFL Power Rankings

Tom Brady

31. Jacksonville Jaguars (LW: 31)

Blake Bortles has played really well at times, showing promise that he’s finally the franchise quarterback the Jaguars have coveted since Mark Brunell. But the rookie is still just that, and leads the league in interceptions. More wins seem unlikely for Jacksonville.

What to know: Bortles is the first NFL quarterback to throw two pick-sixes in one game since Geno Smith did last season against Cincinnati. (SportsCenter). Bortles leads the league with four pick-sixes in 2014.
