Week 9 NFL Power Rankings

Tom Brady

19. Cleveland Browns (LW: 20)

The Browns avoided a two-game losing skid by getting past the Raiders, just days removed from Brett Favre suggesting Brian Hoyer could be the next Kurt Warner. Though the Browns aren’t wowing anybody with their play of late, they did just run over the Steelers three weeks ago.

What to know: The Browns are 4-3 for the first time since 2007 (STATS LLC/Associated Press).
