6 Potential Landings Spots In The NFL Draft For Jameis Winston

Winston

7. The Field

It seems highly unlikely Winston will slip past St. Louis at the No. 10 spot. But should he, some of the teams that may be keeping him on their radar include Cleveland, New Orleans, San Francisco, Houston, Buffalo, Philadelphia and Arizona.

Are the Browns going to be so discouraged by Johnny Manziel‘s 2014 that they already want to move on from him? Will the Saints begin to look beyond the Drew Brees era? Will the 49ers’ next head coach want to move forward with Colin Kaepernick and the read-option offense?

The Texans traded for Ryan Mallett and drafted Tom Savage, but do any of the quarterbacks on the roster fit what Bill O’Brien wants to do with this offense? Is Buffalo going to proceed forward with E.J. Manuel, or are they again in the market for a quarterback?

Philadelphia was a contender with Nick Foles and Sanchez splitting time under center, but does Chip Kelly trust either one of them? Bruce Arians’ dream season came to a screeching halt because of Ryan Lindley. Carson Palmer is 35 coming off a second ACL tear. Arians needs a new quarterback.
