This is the Nets last best chance to save themselves from themselves. Without a prolonged playoff run which, quite frankly, seems more than unlikely, this postseason appears to be the last run of the Nets as they are currently constructed. With one of the highest payrolls in all the league, at least two from the trio of Deron Williams, Brook Lopez and Joe Johnson, and perhaps all three of them, are almost certain to be taking up residence with a different NBA franchise come next season.
