With the Spurs being the Spurs, Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili and Kawhi Leonard will have to be beaten, for they definitely won’t surrender. In fact, San Antonio’s run of eight straight wins through the first week of April suggests they have hit their defending championship stride.  Don’t discount San Antonio.
