4. Arizona Cardinals (Last week: 6)
The Cardinals have overcome some key losses on both sides of the ball to begin the year 3-0. Drew Stanton has started two of the three games. Larry Fitzgerald has been a non-factor. And nobody is asking where Daryl Washington, Karlos Dansby or Darnell Dockett is.
Eventually, these Cardinals do have to come back to reality, but they are already a step ahead of the 49ers as the second-best team in the NFC West.
What to know: Philly gets the credit for being the comeback birds, but perhaps it’s the Cardinals’ claim to fame. Arizona started the year with three victories, all of which have been a result of second-half comebacks. Arizona trailed the San Diego Chargers by 11, the New York Giants by four, and the San Francisco 49ers by eight.
