Week 5 NFL Power Rankings

Philip Rivers

30. Jacksonville Jaguars (Last week: 31)

The Jaguars couldn’t get Blake Bortles a win in his first start, but I was impressed by what Bortles brings to the table.

Jacksonville might round into a more competitive team as Bortles gets more experience under his belt. Consider this year a JV type of season, and Bortles will have the Jags in the mix in 2015.

What to know: Blake Bortles posted the highest completion percentage of any rookie quarterback making their first career start at 78.4 percent (minimum 30 pass attempts).
