Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – April 17

Colorado Rockies (Morales) at San Diego Padres (Kennedy)

Both Franklin Morales and Ian Kennedy will likely not be in my lineups today. Morales just isn’t very good and there are better options than Kennedy from around his price range (I would rather have either A.J. Burnett or Dustin McGowan).

There are some Colorado players that have mashed Kennedy in the past but playing at Petco is a bit of a different animal than Coors Field, obviously. There are a lot of hitters I like against him today, but I will probably shy away from stacking on the road.

Troy Tulowitzki (SS) – $7993

Willin Rosario (C) – $5877

I like the Padres to score a few runs on Morales today, and their hitters are fairly cheap from a lack of success for most of the season. The Padres are a good team to pick from in case there is a hole in a GPP or players are looking for a cheap option at most any position.
