11 NFL Teams That Could Have A New Starting Quarterback In 2015

Geno Smith

10. Cleveland Browns

Brian Hoyer and Johnny Manziel, pick your poison. Hoyer is an unrestricted free agent who will likely be one of the aforementioned veterans in search of a team that will give him a chance to start. Manziel, on the other hand, may get himself into even more trouble and lose his job without even stepping on the field.

The organization clearly has regrets about taking Manziel in the first round, and Manziel has done nothing to relieve the team of those fears. The Browns could draft another quarterback in the second or third round, or even re-sign Hoyer. Neither bodes well for Manziel.
