Bills management said they wanted a head coach that believes in former first-round pick E.J. Manuel. I’m just not sure Rex Ryan was the man for that job.
Manuel is all too similar to Geno Smith, and how’d that work out for Ryan in New York? Manuel is blessed with a stellar defense and talent around him, but he just doesn’t have the skill-set to get this offense moving. Again, a Sanchez-Ryan reunion would be all too fitting.
