21. Houston Texans (Last week: 30)

Well, the Texans already look better than they did a season ago with Bill O’Brien at the helm. The defense gave Robert Griffin III fits all day, and both Arian Foster and DeAndre Hopkins looked sharp on the offensive end.

What to know: Fresh off his new deal, J.J. Watt recorded a +7.4 grade by Pro Football Focus after hitting Griffin four times, hurrying him three times and sacking him once. He also blocked an extra point.
