17. New York Jets (Last week: 19)
The Jets clung to a win over the inferior Raiders, but probably should have ran away with this game. Geno Smith looked improved, but also has his work cut out for him. This defense needs support in the secondary.
What to know: Muhammad Wilkerson is playing for a new deal, and making a case. Wilkerson earned a +3.4 grade by Pro Football Focus, batting three passes and giving rookie Derek Carr fits all day long.
