Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – June 6

Josh Hamilton

Philadelphia Phillies (Hamels) at Cincinnati Reds (Cueto)

The Phillies lineup is avoidable but Hamels is not. Cincinnati is the second-worst hitting team against lefty pitching this year (worse than San Diego) and Hamels has to figure it out eventually. He’s my target for second-tier pitchers.

Cole Hamels (SP) – $16,820

Targeting Hamels means I’m not targeting the Reds lineup. I do like Cueto a lot today though and because of a mix of match-up and price, he’s my favorite elite option today.

Johnny Cueto (SP) – $22,769
