Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – June 6

Josh Hamilton

St. Louis Cardinals (Lynn) at Toronto Blue Jays (Stroman)

Another game where both pitchers are to be avoided. There’s an argument as using Stroman as a cheap, large-GPP play but that’s about it.

St. Louis is averaging less than four runs a game over their last 11 games and there aren’t many hitters besides Matt Carpenter that are seeing the ball very well right now. With Kolten Wong injured, a nice punt play would be whoever gets the start at second base. As usual with a righty on the mound, either big lefty bat out of the Jays lineup is just fine though I’d probably rather have Lind because of price and strikeouts.

Matt Carpenter (STL-3B) – $6438

Adam Lind (TOR-1B) – $6342

Jose Reyes (TOR-SS) – $7622
