Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – May 13

Adam Jones

New York Mets (Wheeler) at New York Yankees (Nuno)

Wheeler has pitched reasonably well to this point but he’s allowing too many base runners and that’s a problem going to Yankee Stadium. I’ll pass today. There are some good targets against Vidal Nuno but they’re not cheap so I’m not going crazy on the Mets today.

Daniel Murphy (2B) – $6791

Nuno’s last start was his longest of the season at 6.1 innings pitched. The team has slowly been building his pitch count but expecting him to go any longer than six innings is a bit of a pipe dream. He’s not a bad pairing for those who take a very expensive pitcher today. I’ll tread a bit lightly around their hitters but won’t avoid them completely.

Vidal Nuno (SP) – $10,925

Mark Teixeira (1B) – $6740
