Tampa Bay Rays (Price) at Seattle Mariners (Iwakuma)

David Price hasn’t been very solid this year but he’s also facing a bottom-five team in terms of batting against lefties. He’s not a bad target but I’d rather pay a little extra for Stephen Strasburg. I’m not going to target too many of their hitters against Iwakuma, though.

Matt Joyce (OF) – $5023

Hisashi Iwakuma has a nice price today outside the top-five pitchers and at just 18-percent of budget. It’s not like the Rays are a threatening team anyway. I’m not targeting their hitters against David Price either.
