Kansas City Royals (Ventura) at San Diego Padres (Stults)

Yordano Ventura is pretty close to an auto-start against the Padres today. I am avoiding most Royals hitters today, though. They’ve been awful at the plate this year and considerably worse against lefty pitchers.

Yordano Ventura (SP) – $17,330

Norichika Aoki (OF) – $6565

I am just completely avoiding the Padres today. I have no problem with starting Stults as a cheap third pitcher option against the light-hitting Royals, though that’s only in GPPs.
