Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – May 5

New York Yankees (Phelps) at Los Angeles Angels (Weaver)

David Phelps is David Phelps and he’s not changing his spots. I am interested in seeing how the Yankees fare against Weaver in this one. There aren’t many of them that have a long record of success against Weaver so it’s a bit of a crapshoot tonight.

Carlos Beltran (OF) – $5762

Alfonso Soriano (OF) – $5199

Kelly Johnson (1B) – $4823

The Angels should be able to knock around Phelps tonight but there’s no telling who to take in this one. None of the Angels have much of anything against Phelps for his career and most of their hitters are expensive to the point where more than one can strain the budget.
