Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Update and Lineup – April 30

Giancarlo Stanton

New York Mets (Colon) at Philadelphia Phillies (Kendrick)

The upside with Bartolo Colon is real and I can’t believe I typed that phrase. He has one blow-up outing this year but a couple of very sharp ones and it’s not like the Phillies have been dangerous with the bats recently. I think I’d rather rely on Colon in a GPP than a 50/50 though. There are some decent cheap options among the Mets hitters but I’m not overly keen on them tonight, either.

David Wright (3B) – $5823

Kyle Kendrick is who he is and that’s a mediocre pitcher. He has a cheap price so I guess as a third pitcher there are worse options today but there isn’t much upside to this one. There are some Phillies who have done very well against Colon at the plate, though, so looking to the Phillies for a cheap stack isn’t a bad idea.

Ryan Howard (1B) – $6707
