Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – April 23

New York Yankees (Pineda) at Boston Red Sox (Lackey)

Michael Pineda already pitched against the Red Sox this year and was razor sharp against them. Starting pitchers in Fenway isn’t usually recommended, but Pineda has a good price tag on him today considering how well he’s pitched all year. Also, I have no problem with using a few Yankees hitters against John Lackey today, especially considering how cheap some of their prices are.

Michael Pineda (SP) – $16,231

Carlos Beltran (OF) – $7287

Kelly Johnson (1B) – $4754

I am staying far away from the Red Sox today. I don’t think John Lackey has a good outing and I don’t think the Sox hitters can string much together against Pineda tonight.
