Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – April 23

Houston Astros (Cosart) at Seattle Mariners (Young)

Jarred Cosart has given up 15 earned runs in his last 13.1 innings pitched, to go along with 12 hits and 10 walks with almost no strikeouts. I know the Mariners aren’t overly imposing, but unless it’s a flier in a GPP, I’m staying far away. I do like some of their cheaper hitters against Chris Young, though.

Jason Castro (C) – $6092

Seattle should do a number on Cosart today, so much like I said last night (and was wrong), they make a decent target for a cheap GPP stack. Other than that, I don’t feel very comfortable with using too many Mariners hitters today.
