Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – April 20

Cincinnati Reds (Bailey) at Chicago Cubs (Villanueva)

Homer Bailey has been off to a terrible start this year, allowing over two hitters to reach base per innings so far this year. Until I see a turnaround, I’m staying far, far away. I do like some of their hitters against Villanueva today, too.

Devin Mesoraco (C) – $7393

Jay Bruce (OF) – $7614

Carlos Villanueva is off to a terrible start this year, with a WHIP over 2 and an ERA over 11. He has been hit hard almost every inning he’s pitched, so I will shy away from him. What I will say is that he is a veteran pitcher that does have his moments. He also held the Reds to just one home run in 18 innings against them last year. The Cubs hitters are really cheap, too, so looking in their direction for a GPP stack against Bailey is not a bad idea.

Anthony Rizzo (1B) – $6882
