Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – April 20

David Hale

Atlanta Braves (Hale) at New York Mets (Wheeler)

Braves starter David Hale, so far in his very young MLB career, as yet to give up a home run (in just 20.1 innings pitched). Going to play the Mets in New York is probably a good way to keep not giving up home runs. For those looking for a cheap pitcher with a good situation to start in, Hale is one of those guys. I will shy away from the bigger hitter prices, though.

David Hale (SP) – $11,270

Andrelton Simmons (SS) – $6120

I like Zack Wheeler, I just don’t like him today. Wheeler has been just average in his career against the Braves (four starts) so I don’t know that his price tag of over $14K is worth the risk here. Those out there using Mets hitters today are braver than I, the bats have really been quiet so far this series against the Braves starters.
