Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup

Chicago White Sox (Quintana) at Kansas City Royals (Guthrie)

The Royals have a team wOBA just three points better than Seattle does against left-handed pitching (24^th in baseball). Quintana has given up just six earned runs over his last 18 innings and he’s had some big strikeout games against much better lefty-hitting teams. I’ll have him in most leagues today, regardless of type. I’m staying away from the expensive Sox hitters, though.

Jose Quintana (SP) – $14,952

Conor Gillaspie (3B) – $5757

Adam Dunn (DH) – $5026

Jeremy Guthrie is a pass for me today as are their hitters against the lefty Quintana.
