19. Cleveland Browns (via Buffalo Bills): Breshaud Perriman, WR
One of the biggest risers on draft boards over the past month, Perriman, the speedster out of Central Florida, makes sense for the Browns, who didn’t select a wide receiver earlier at pick No. 12 and saw popular target Parker go a pick earlier to the Chiefs. Browns fans will go absolutely bonkers should the team not draft a wide receiver in the first round.
