9. New York Giants: Landon Collins, S

The Giants tend to draft the best player available, which at this point may be Shelton or an offensive lineman. Both are realistic options. Still, the team’s most glaring need remains at safety, and Collins is far and away the best in this draft class. He instantly shores up the back of the Giants’ defense.
