3. Jacksonville Jaguars: Dante Fowler Jr., DE

Fowler ascending into the No. 3 spot was one of the big changes in Mock 3.0, and between his rising stock and Randy Gregory’s off-the-field issues it’s the obvious choice. Fowler should serve in a Bruce Irvin type of rule in Gus Bradley’s defense.
