New Orleans Saints
A popular “loser” pick this offseason, the Saints appear to be altering the landscape of the team. The team sent All-World tight end Graham to the two-time defending NFC champions and traded Kenny Stills to Miami for Dannell Ellerbe.
The Saints seem to be changing to a run-first, defense-oriented team based on its offseason moves of re-signing Mark Ingram and adding linemen, linebackers and corners in free agency. Still, anytime you lose players such as a Graham and Stills and now have to alter a team identity, it’s a step back.
