Oakland Raiders
Let’s put this one out in the open: the Raiders didn’t have the worst free agency. But the team’s signings in contrast to their initial targets pale in comparison.
The Raiders had a lot of money to spend and their sights sets on the likes of Randall Cobb and Ndamukong Suh. The team did add nice pieces in Malcolm Smith of Seattle and Dan Williams of Arizona, but aside from that added just role players from around the league. General manager Reggie McKenzie parted ways with most of its big signings from last year and it wouldn’t surprise us to see more of the same in 2016.
