Top 5 Running Backs In The 2015 NFL Draft

Todd Gurley

3. Ameer Abdullah, Nebraska

Perhaps the most dynamic backs of the bunch is Abdullah, who scouts have likened to LeSean McCoy and Giovani Bernard during the scouting process. Abdullah is 5-foot-9 and 200 pounds, making him more likely to be a second-round selection as a third-down threat as well as an option on passing plays.

Abdullah sports excellent hands and elite yards-after-catch ability. He’s elusive and dangerous in space. He is not the type of back that’ll run through defenders or excel in pass-blocking.
