6. St. Louis Rams
The era of trying to keep Sam Bradford healthy is seemingly over. This year the Rams defense proved to be one of the best units in all of football; now the team just needs a quarterback to engineer the offense.
St. Louis has been without a true franchise quarterback since Marc Bulger. Since Bulger’s last start with the team in 2009, cats like Kyle Boller, Keith Null, A.J. Feeley, Kellen Clemens, Austin Davis and Shaun Hill have drawn starts. That’s franchise futility there.
Bradford showed a lot of promise in his rookie season in 2010 but could never stay healthy enough to live up to his promise. The Rams need to find a young franchise quarterback that can progress with this young, talented nucleus Jeff Fisher has assembled in St. Louis. Winston fits the bill.
