Browns make history in comeback
Brian Hoyer and the upstart Browns overcame a 25-point deficit to defeat the lowly Titans and move to .500 on the season. Hoyer threw for 292 yards and three touchdowns, scoring 26 unanswered points over the final three quarters, with a 6-yard touchdown pass to Travis Benjamin with 69 seconds remaining to give Cleveland a 29-28 win.
Sunday marked the first time the Browns won a road game since Sept. 22, 2013, when they knocked off Minnesota. It was the biggest comeback in team history. The previous high was back in 1996, when Cleveland overcame a 20-point deficit against the Giants to win 49-40. It was also the fourth time in as many games that a game was decided by three points or fewer.
