What Each NHL Team Should Be Thankful For This Holiday

Sidney Crosby

Colorado Avalanche: Offensive skill. The Avalanche still possess a scary amount of offensive talent, even without PA Parenteau and Paul Stastny. With Nathan MacKinnon, Matt Duchene, Jarome Iginla, Ryan O’Reilly, Gabriel Landeskog, even defenseman Tyson Barrie, the Avs are treacherous on paper. They’re never good in fancy stats, but they have skill to score efficiently and if they get some goaltending — when Semyon Varlamov gets healthy — they could get back into the playoff hunt.
