Daily Fantasy Baseball Late Game DFS Value Update and Lineup – June 7

Paul Goldschmidt

New York Yankees (Phelps) at Kansas City Royals (Duffy)

I’m not particularly targeting either pitcher in this game but Danny Duffy would not be a bad start as a cheap option in GPPs. He’s very cheap today and the Yankees are about as good at hitting lefty pitching as the Mets are (no, seriously). I can’t really trust him in cash games but for GPPs, he’s a great third option.

The only hitter I’m really looking at for the Yankees is Ellsbury. He’s hitting lefties much better than righties this year, is on a mini-streak, and has a decent price today. I’ll be looking at Kansas City’s lefty-hitting outfielder as well and that’s about it.

Jacoby Ellsbury (NYY-OF) – $6780

Alex Gordon (KC-OF) – $6591
