Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – April 8

Jay Bruce

Arizona Diamondbacks (Cahill) at San Francisco Giants (Hudson)

This is already Trevor Cahill’s third start of the season and he was absolutely rocked in his first two, allowing seven earned runs in ten innings while striking out just four and walking seven. He did OK against this Giants team last time out, but only struck out three. The lack of strikeouts in DFS puts a strain on his value because it’s then reliant on few hits, walks, and runs and that’s far from certain. I’m not overly high on Diamondbacks hitters in San Francisco, either.

Gerardo Parra (OF) – $5550

Tim Hudson makes another decent, cheap option today as he looked very sharp in his first outing and pitching at home certainly can’t hurt. I’m not very high on the hitters, though.

Tim Hudson (SP) – $13,808

Sergio Romo (RP) – $2179
