Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update – April 3

Kansas City Royals (Ventura) at Detroit Tigers (Sanchez)

I don’t know that I really like either side in this game to put up some runs.

Yordano Ventura is a big unknown in the year-long and daily fantasy game. Sure, he most certainly has a huge arm that can surpass 100 MPH on the radar gun. How that translates to starting in the Majors, though, is uncertain. With his price point though, he’s a gamble that most people should be taking a chance on.

Yordano Ventura (SP) – $6981

It seems like the Tigers offense is taking some time to get going, having scored just four runs in their first two games. One way to go broke fast in daily baseball is playing the “they’re due” game. More often than not, they’ll finish the game “still due.” It’s going to be near-freezing and with rain coming sometime in the fourth inning or later.
