What will Chip Kelly do at pick No. 20? Your guess is as good as mine, assuming he stays put at this position. The Eagles added Byron Maxwell in free agency, but what does that tell us? Aside from Maxwell, there’s little depth in that part of the defense. Collins has a lot of upside at corner.
