This comes down to taking a wide receiver, as I’ve long predicted in the previous three mock drafts, or Mike Pettine nabbing a new interior D-lineman. Shelton slipping to No. 12 changes the Browns’ mentality, and the team can still add a wideout later in the draft, even in the first round.
