10. St. Louis Rams: Amari Cooper, WR (previous: Brandon Scherff)

The Rams were slated to nab Cooper in my initial draft, but shifted their focus to offensive line once Cooper was off the board to Chicago in 2.0. The Rams desperately need a playmaker at the position for Nick Foles this year, and that’s Cooper.
