It appears as if Robert Griffin III will be around for another year. Whether he’s starting, however, remains a question. Jay Gruden wants a quarterback who follows his instructions soundly, and RGIII made it clear that he’s just not that guy.
This seems like an ideal landing spot for a veteran, perhaps one with something still to prove and is fine doing what he’s asked just to win games. Nothing more, nothing less.
