The Titans will have an opportunity to poach whichever top quarterback the Bucs pass on, that is if the team chooses to draft another quarterback. Last year the team scooped up Zach Mettenberger, whose height and arm strength makes sense for Ken Whisenhunt’s vertical offense.
It’s hard to tell what the coaching staff thinks of Mettenberger from his time as the team’s starter. But given that Jake Locker is a free agent, the team might have to find an experienced player at the position regardless.
