7 Takeaways From Week 4 In The NFL

DeMarco Murray

Time to believe in Big D?

After dropping the opener, we thought to ourselves: “Oh, the same ‘ol Cowboys.”

Then Dallas reeled off two straight wins, over the likes of the Titans and the Rams, so yes they’re wins, but against the lowest level of competition. But on Sunday night, in primetime, Dallas knocked off the Saints, a team most believe was going to vie for an NFC South crown and a top two or three seed in the conference, and did so in convincing fashion.

DeMarco Murray is a legitimate NFL MVP candidate and this defense — yes, the defense — is making plays. With Houston and Seattle in Weeks 5 and 6, we’ll get an even better gauge on the Cowboys.
