6. Jake Matthews

Thrust to being a left tackle midway through the preseason when Sam Baker went down to injury, Matthews also got bit by the injury bug in his NFL debut, suffering a high ankle sprain early in the game.

There’s a good chance Matthews misses a couple of weeks while he recovers, meaning the Falcons’ already suspect offensive line will be relying on Gabe Carimi and Lamar Holmes at the tackle spots. Carimi allowed five pressures and drew three penalties after filling in for the rookie.
