13. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

If Josh McCown can pick up where he left off in Chicago, the Bucs are primed for a resurgent offensive season. In reality, let’s assume McCown is simply a quality game manager. He has a Bears-esque receiver tandem in Vincent Jackson and rookie Mike Evans, plus a third skyscraper-like target in tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins. Flying under the radar is the return of Doug Martin, who was on his way to being one of the NFL’s top-five backs two years ago.
